Our programming incorporates the best from CrossFit, kettlebell, HIIT, and traditional sports conditioning into our highly effective classes. Athletes who train with us will improve endurance, stamina, strength, speed, and overall health and fitness, while losing body fat, inches, and gaining confidence. The classes run an hour long, 3x per week.
